The Lepicol is a unique combination of psyllium husk, probiotics and prebiotics. The bark psyllium is rich in soluble dietary fiber and has the status dissolve in water, turns into a gel thereby increases the volume, consistency and moisture in the waste material in the bowel. In this way the movement inside the gut and the elimination of feces is normalized, and becomes more easily without effort, pain, or irritation. Probiotics contained in Lepicol is 5 different species of lactobacilli, which boost levels of friendly bacteria in the gut contributing to the balance of microflora in the intestine and thus maintain the health and proper functioning. The Lepicol contains additional inulin (prebiotic) oligosaccharide works synergistically with lactobacilli increasing the number and action in the intestine.  

The ingredients come from natural sources and are not absorbed by the body but arrive and act directly in the intestine and help in proper function without causing irritation. Usage: recommended to take 25-30 minutes before eating. Adults: 2 teaspoons teaspoon (10g) 2 times a day. Mix with water or juice and consume immediately. It is necessary to drink a second glass of water. Each 5g Lepicol should be taken with 200ml of liquid. After two weeks, you can lower the dose in half.
